What data I ask you for, what I use it for and how to have it deleted.
Who handles your data?
Pablo Berna Sierra, nurse and dietitian. Whatever you leave in the form comes to me and is read only by me: there is no team, no salesperson and no company behind this.

What do you give me, and what for?
What the form asks: your name, your email, your phone if you choose to leave it, and what you tell me about your situation. I use it only to reply to you and, if you decide to go ahead, to organise the coaching. Nothing else.
I do not ask for your blood test results or your medication in the form, and I would rather you did not put them there. That is health data, it has special protection, and it should not travel through a website form: we talk about it instead.
How long do I keep it?
If we do not end up working together, I delete your message once the conversation ends. If we do, it is kept for as long as the coaching lasts plus the period Spanish law requires for invoicing records.
Do I share it?
I never sell or pass on data. The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this site and acts as data processor; the email arrives in my ordinary mail client. No third party uses it for advertising.
What can you ask me for?
The usual, and without explaining why: to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or hand it to you as a file. Email me at pabloberna.enf@gmail.com or message me on WhatsApp and it is done. If you think I have handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Does this site use cookies?
No. Not one. No tracking or advertising cookies, no analytics and no social network pixels. Even the typefaces are served from this same site, so opening any page means your browser asks nothing of anybody outside. That is why no cookie banner appears here: there is nothing to accept. It is set out page by page in the cookie policy.
One thing is stored, and it is worth being precise about it. If you use the HbA1c calculator and type in your glucose readings, they are kept in your browser, on your device, so you can come back another day and carry on. They never leave your device: they are not sent to any server, Pablo does not receive them and nobody else sees them. There is a button in the calculator to delete them.
Instagram and TikTok, only if you ask. Case posts and videos can be viewed right here, with Instagram’s embedded view (Instagram belongs to Meta) or TikTok’s player. Nothing from either loads until you press; when you do, the content comes from their servers, which may set their own cookies and ask your permission for the non-essential ones. That is governed by their policies, not this one.
The same goes for the booking page calendar: it is run by Calendly, a third party that sets its own cookies. Nothing loads until you press the button, and you can always book by writing to me instead.
